RitzyRa Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions

By joining the RitzyRa Affiliate Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please give them a read before getting started.

1. Joining the programme

The RitzyRa Affiliate Programme is open to approved applicants. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and RitzyRa reserves the right to approve or decline applications.

Affiliates operate independently and are not employees, agents or representatives of RitzyRa.

You are free to create and share content in your own style, provided you follow these terms.

2. Your affiliate link

You will receive a unique affiliate link which is used to track qualifying purchases referred by you.

Commission can only be awarded where a sale has been successfully attributed to your affiliate account by our affiliate tracking system.

RitzyRa cannot guarantee tracking where the referral cannot be recorded due to factors such as browser settings, blocked cookies or other technical circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RitzyRa's affiliate programme uses links rather than individual affiliate discount codes.

3. Commission

Affiliates start each calendar month earning 15% commission on qualifying sales.

Once you reach £250 in qualifying tracked sales during a calendar month, your commission increases to 20% on qualifying sales made after the threshold has been reached for the remainder of that month.

The increased rate is not retrospective. Sales already made at 15% remain at 15%.

At the beginning of each new calendar month, your commission rate returns to 15% and the £250 threshold can be reached again.

Commission is calculated using the commissionable order value recorded by the affiliate platform according to the programme settings.

4. Personal purchases

You may purchase from RitzyRa using your own affiliate link.

Where your purchase is successfully tracked and otherwise qualifies for commission, you may earn commission on your own purchase.

Qualifying personal purchases also count towards your monthly sales total and your account activity requirement.

This does not permit fraudulent, artificial or manipulated transactions intended solely to generate commission or circumvent the programme rules.

5. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks

Commission is only earned on completed, non-refunded qualifying sales.

If an order is cancelled, fully refunded or charged back before commission is paid, commission relating to that order will be cancelled.

If part of an order is refunded, commission will be recalculated based on the qualifying value of the products the customer keeps.

If commission has already been paid and the relevant order is later refunded, cancelled or charged back, the corresponding commission may be deducted from a future affiliate payment.

6. Payments

Affiliate payments are made on the 10th of each month for eligible commission that has completed the required approval/holding period.

Payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer.

There is no minimum payout amount.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and kept up to date.

Affiliates are responsible for any personal tax or reporting obligations arising from affiliate income.

7. Keeping your affiliate account active

We want the programme to be made up of people who genuinely want to be involved.

Affiliates are expected to generate at least £100 in qualifying tracked sales within a rolling three-month period.

Personal purchases made through your own affiliate link can count towards this amount where they qualify as tracked sales.

New affiliates will have their first full three months to meet the activity requirement.

If an account does not meet the activity requirement, RitzyRa may deactivate it.

This isn't intended as a punishment or pressure to constantly sell. It simply allows us to keep the active affiliate programme manageable.

If your account is deactivated and you'd like to return later, you're welcome to contact RitzyRa.

8. Promoting RitzyRa

We want your content to sound like you.

You are not expected to copy RitzyRa's content, Rosaline's style or other affiliates.

However, anything you say about RitzyRa or our products must be honest and accurate.

You must not:

• make false or misleading statements about RitzyRa or its products;
• invent product information, crystal origins, properties, stock levels, offers or scarcity;
• claim to personally own, use or recommend a product based on experience if that isn't true;
• make medical claims or claim that crystals or other RitzyRa products can diagnose, treat, prevent or cure a medical condition;
• use spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading promotional methods.

If you're unsure about product information, please check the RitzyRa website, Rep HQ/Crystal Guides or ask us rather than guessing.

9. Declaring affiliate content

Affiliate promotions must comply with applicable UK advertising rules.

When sharing RitzyRa content from which you may earn commission, your commercial relationship with RitzyRa must be clear and obvious before someone engages with the content.

As a simple rule for the RitzyRa programme:

Sharing RitzyRa as an affiliate? Put “Ad” upfront. Don't hide it. Don't overthink it.

Using an affiliate link, tagging RitzyRa or simply describing yourself as an affiliate does not necessarily replace a clear advertising disclosure.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional content complies with current advertising requirements.

10. RitzyRa content and branding

You may use images, videos, graphics and other materials specifically provided by RitzyRa for affiliate use, including approved resources made available through Rep HQ or the Content Vault.

This permission does not automatically extend to every image, video, graphic or piece of content published by RitzyRa elsewhere.

RitzyRa's name, branding, photographs and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner(s).

Affiliate materials must not be altered or presented in a way that is misleading or damaging to the RitzyRa brand.

11. Customer service

Affiliates promote and recommend RitzyRa products but are not responsible for providing customer service on behalf of RitzyRa.

Questions involving individual orders, payments, delivery problems, refunds, returns, complaints or other customer-service issues should be directed to RitzyRa.

Affiliates should not request or handle customers' private payment or order information.

Please don't make promises on RitzyRa's behalf regarding refunds, replacements, delivery dates, stock or other customer-service outcomes.

12. Fraud and misuse

RitzyRa may reject commission or suspend/deactivate an affiliate account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, abuse of the tracking system or other deliberate misuse of the programme.

Legitimate purchases through your own affiliate link are allowed and should not be treated as misuse solely because the affiliate is also the customer.

13. Leaving or being removed from the programme

You may leave the RitzyRa Affiliate Programme at any time.

RitzyRa may suspend or deactivate an affiliate account where these terms are breached, the activity requirement is not met, fraudulent activity is suspected, or continued participation could reasonably cause harm to RitzyRa or its customers.

Valid commission already earned on legitimate qualifying transactions will remain payable unless it relates to a refunded, cancelled, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transaction.

14. Changes to the programme

RitzyRa may occasionally update the programme, including these Terms & Conditions, commission arrangements or participation requirements.

Where a significant change affects affiliates, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

Changes will apply going forward and will not be used to retrospectively reduce valid commission already earned under the previous terms.

15. Affiliate responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish and for complying with applicable laws, platform rules and advertising requirements.

Nothing in the affiliate relationship creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture or authority to enter into agreements on behalf of RitzyRa.
