🌍 UK & International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK and to selected international locations, including the USA ✨

🇬🇧 UK orders are dispatched as normal using our usual tracked services.

🇺🇸 USA orders are sent via tracked international shipping.

Estimated delivery time for USA: 7–14 working days (this can vary slightly depending on customs)

Please note: once your order has left us, delivery times are in the hands of the postal service and customs.ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

🧿 Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or predict these fees.

🚚 International Shipping Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. If a parcel is held, delayed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, we are unable to issue refunds for shipping costs.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of the order being placed. This may increase during busy periods; however, this will be indicated on the homepage of our website.

SHIPPING METHOD - UK 🇬🇧

Products ordered from us will be delivered by Royal Mail First class 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at RitzyRas@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

MISSING ITEMS

We always endeavour to pack your orders accurately and in full, however if you should notice that an item is missing from your parcel, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt, to advise us of the shortfall so we can investigate.
