Gold Sheen Obsidian is a natural volcanic glass formed when silica rich lava cools rapidly. Its gorgeous golden shimmer comes from tiny gas bubbles trapped and stretched within the glass as it formed, creating that metallic-looking sheen beneath the surface.

Like Black Obsidian, it’s associated with protection, grounding and shadow work, but Gold Sheen Obsidian has an extra connection to personal power, self-reflection and uncovering what’s hidden.
